WP Toolkit install with www

Needs Review

We find ourselves needing WP Toolkit to install Wordpress to the default path of accounts, but using the www form of the domain. Many websites already use www when they come to us for a redesign, and unfortunately changing the FQDN can sometimes be outside of scope.
