WP Toolkit : Add a WordPress user (WordPress admin) from WP Toolkit

As a web-hosting provider, I would like as a new feature,

to been able to Add a WordPress User (with Administrator Role) from the WP Toolkit dashboard,

so that, any cPanel Administrator can get access to the WP Dashboard (without asking the credentials) and give WordPress Support to their customers.

Note : Actually, this task can be done by executing some SQL queries in PhpMyAdmin, but this would be useful to be able to do it quickly with the help of WP Toolkit. If this is something possible from PhpMyAdmin, it will be possible to implement it in Toolkit.
