Detect and report weak cPanel and email account passwords

Needs Review

As a web-hosting provider, I would like to see a feature in WHM that detects and reports weak cPanel and email account passwords, so that we have the opportunity to proactively alert our hosting clients to this issue.

A weak password would be defined as any password that falls beneath the current server's Password Strength Configuration (https://docs.cpanel.net/whm/security-center/password-strength-configuration/)

So if, for example we decide to increase the server's default password strength, the report I'm requesting would show all accounts that no longer meet the new password strength setting.

It appears that someone (Stefaans) has written a php script for mailboxes, back in 2012:

Thanks for your consideration.
