Centralised WHM reporting of Email Deliverability

As a web-hosting provider and system administrator, I would like to see centralised reporting and/or notifications in WHM for per-cPanel-account Email Deliverability (that already exists in individual cPanel accounts).

The benefit of this is that:

1. We don't have to go into hundreds of individual cPanel accounts to check for Email Deliverability issues.

2. We can be more more effective and proactive in supporting our clients to ensure that there aren't any Email Deliverability issues with their cPanel accounts.
