Email Forward Rules

Needs Review

As a cPanel User, System Administrator and web-hosting provider, I would like Email Forward Rules, so that cPanel users can define exactly what gets forwarded instead of a 'everything or nothing' approach.

So for example, instead of:

"sales@domain.com" > "salesrep@domain.com"

One could choose from some email headers to be more granular:

"sales@domain.com" > "toiletsalesrep@domain.com" when "SUBJECT" : "CONTAINS" : "Toilet"

This has many uses and I have had customers ask for such functionality in the past. For everything from sales lead redirection to accountants that want credit card statements going to one place an supplier bills going to another, etc.

One could argue, just setup different forwarders for different things. However, in a world where good service and simplicity is king - you ideally want to give your suppliers/customers a simple single point of contact and not give them a bunch of loops to jump through like "please send invoices here" / "please send account queries here" / "please ask for billing support here", etc. etc.
