Ability to manually run email filters on demand

As a cPanel user, I'd love to have the ability to process filters against an inbox even after the filter is created, rather than on incoming messages only — much like the thunderbird `Run filters against folder` option.


I suspect it would be best if this can only be triggered vs. a single user at a time, rather than an entire account.


This would greatly help users & providers alike.
