Advanced email filters

As a cPanel user, I would love to see the ability to add advanced email filters via webmail.

Two examples:

1. Rather than entering in a number of `OR` entries, an advanced checkbox could be checked, and a single field could be used and operators could be used within a single line.

2. I'd love to configure filters that deliver to folders based on month or year. I'd love to be able to inject %month% or %year% into a folder field and the mail system would create those folders / dump content into them as dictated. This could be particularly useful in circumstances where content is archived based on dates. Say, tax documents that come from an entity on a monthly basis that could be archived using tax-%month% or similar.
