Improve translations

As a web-hosting provider I would like translations to be updated more frequently so that non english speaking users can use cPanel.

I've noticed that new translations have not been applied for multiple versions now. Simple things like "Check Email" have not been translated.

The new Jupiter theme will only be usable once it's fully translated. I don't currently see the point of such a theme for non english speaking users as cPanel isn't able to keep up with non english translations.

In the past cPanel has made multiple attempts at providing translations but every attempt seems to have be either only half finished or abandoned.

Please put an effort into a tool to manage translations and pay a reliable translation company to provide new translations before a new build makes it to the stable branch.
