Allow to disable "Use the nameservers specified at the Domains Registrar" for resellers

As a web-hosting provider would like to be able to hide the option "Use the nameservers specified at the Domain’s Registrar" in the account creation form for resellers so that they do not select this option by mistake.

Resellers often tick this option without knowing what it does. This causes issues with DNS and they have to contact us to fix the issue. None of our resellers have ever needed this option and we currently have to tell resellers never to use that option.
