Allow the use of the PHP Stack Provided by the Remi Repository

As cPanel Systems Administrator,


I would like to be able to make use of the PHP Stack provided by the Remi Repository.


One specific example of the benefits of using the Remi Repository is the fact that the ImageMagick package comes in both version 6 and version 7, and it is compiled with WebP support unlike the current CentOS provided ImageMagick package.
