Finish translations before releasing to stable

As a web-hosting provider, I would like cPanel to finish translations before pushing to the stable branch so that non english speaking users don't get popups or questions they don't understand.

In recent cPanel versions there have been many popups asking end users to accept new this, from cPanel analytics to suggesting to try the glass theme.

Most of our customers don't speak English.

Please try to get translations finished before pushing to stable. If translations are requested when edge is released this should provide enough time for a translation company to translated all new english content to other languages before cPanel is pushed to stable.
