I can see there is a very useful tool in cPanel (Block Incoming e-mail by countries).

It is very useful to have the same tool for website access. IP block can be fine, but, a very good tool could be a complete tool to block access by IP (ranges or GEO). This tool should read from a database, it should be very easy to apply the restrictions.

Today, we can download, install (and crash the server) for another solutions inside Linux and Apache. There are thousands of people who wants cPanel to apply directly preventing this kind of mistakes or security breaches.
