Autossl DNS validation lookup timing

When performing autossl lookups using a clustered nameserver configuration, the time between dns record insertion and lookup is not long enough.

The feature request would be to add a tunable option to increase the time between dns record insertion and lookup to prevent failures that would otherwise work.

An additional request would be to add the option to disable dns validation as a whole to reduce the performance requirements of autossl in production environments.
