Authorize new IP logins via webmail

As a user, I would love it if myself & other users could receive notices when a fresh unseen IP logs in to their email addresses — whether via smtp, imap or webmail. Each new IP logging in would result in at the very least, the user being notified.


In more advanced circumstances, I would like it if users could configure the system to disallow fresh ips from logging in without authorization via the webmail ui, or, cPanel.

This, coupled with 2FA on the webmail login, would advance cPanel's security significantly.
