Email forwarding notice

An interesting & great feature some other email services is that when your email account gets forwarded to a 3rd party — a forwarding notice appears at the top for x number of days, coupled with an email direct to the user gets sent. I'd love to see similar functionality integrated into cPanel when a forwarder or filter (that includes the user's email address) is added or adjusted.

The notice could be broadcast in roundcube & sent as an email to the user/cPanel contact.

I've seen an increase in malicious actors adding forwarding to intercept a users messages.

It might not hurt to integrate a similar announcement mechanism across other items like cron jobs, ftp accounts and such.
