Reseller can assign shared IPv6 address to his accounts

As a WHM administrator, I would like to suggest the new feature that I can also define via the reseller ACL list that a reseller can assign the shared IPv6 address of the server itself to their accounts. Currently only the WHM administrator itself can do this, but not the reseller.
