Avoid popups that are not translated to the users language

As a Web-hosting provider , I would like cPanel to avoid adding new popups that aren't translated to the user's language, so that a user that does not speak english isn't confused when using cPanel.

The recent upgrade to cPanel 94 adds a popup to request the user authorizes analytics.

Please don't take for granted that user's understand English. If cPanel has not had time to translate the feature to a user's language please do not present any consent popups until the translation is available. Please consider that you do not have the consent or the authorisation to request the consent util the user can understand what is requested.
