Data Encryption on WHM Level for All CPanels

Most of us use Cpanel for big infrastructure as i do it for a big organization for majority of web server activities.

But as security analyst i think till now we don't have a clear way out to add data protection on our system for WHM level which can encrypt our data in case of any breach or anything. Every data is in clear state which effect privacy of ours.

Do we have any official or third party tools for this purpose and i am seriously looking for a good open source solution as well.
