Allow for drop in use of alterate compression binary via tweak settings

As a System Administrator and web-hosting provider, managing a half-dozen cPanel servers,

I would like the ability to select a new compression command via tweak-settings. This is so that I, and users like me, have the ability to use custom versions, custom compiled, or modified versions of compression libraries like gzip.

Particular to my needs, some of our servers have an FPGA based pcie gzip accelleration add-in card, which provides a modified gzip binary, and special zlib.h header.

The simplest solution for user(space) management of compression would be to allow a compression path to be added to tweak settings
