A Tweak Setting to force unique password between reseller and cPanel user

As a web-hosting provider, I would like to prevent resellers from using the same password of another cPanel user, so that when the cPanel users logs in, it doesn't see all the accounts owned by that reseller.

Actually, by design, if a cPanel user has the same password of a reseller, the cPanel users will see all the owned accounts by the reseller:

Modifying the "Accounts that can access a cPanel user account" in WHM is not a solution, because this would inhibit accesses if we need to work on requests of our customers.
