Allow arbitrary ACME providers

As a system administrator, I would like to be able to have cPanel issue SSL Certificates using my own ACME information. Many CAs now support ACME (I know DigiCert and Sectigo for sure) and it would be nice to have AutoSSL be able to connect to these systems. Bonus if we can specify multiple providers and which domains should use each one (for example, *.example.com can use DigiCert and *.example.net can use Sectigo)
