Updating Awstats to latest version 7.8

As a cPanel user, I would like support for Awstats 7.8 so I can take advantage of the new updated features that have been added since 2018.

The latest cPanel version 92 still comes with Awstats 7.7 , which is released 2018 and is pretty old.

It will be nice to use the latest stable versions of the software, which customers could manage via cPanel.

There is a newer Awstats 7.8 from 2020. You can check the changelog here: here: https://awstats.sourceforge.io/docs/awstats_changelog.txt

Please plan to update Awstats in the next cPanel versions.
