phpmyadmin 5.0

As a developer, I would like support for phpmyadmin version 5 so I can take advantage of the improvements on the new version, such as dark mode to make working at night easier.

Please upgrade phpmyadmin to version 5, rather than 4.9. 5 has a lot of rewrites and improvements, and the new themes that are possible with the new version. As a developer it would be nice as it would allow me to add in a dark theme without hacky workarounds so developing at night is easier.
