Release Upgrade Delay Alert

cPanel staggers their automatic upgrades via cron by not allowing the upgrade to occur for several days after the upgrade is released. This procedure ensures that not every cPanel server tries to update all at the same time. However, unless you go into the cPanel update logs, the administrator doesn't know when the cron will install the upgrade. In my case, the update was delayed twice even though my host serves the update from one of their hosted mirrors.

I suggest an alert in the cPanel & WHM GUI, similar to the alert when there is an update/upgrade available, indicating when the cron update will be applied.
