disabling suspended accounts to initiate password reset

As a System Administrator, I would like to be able to disable the Reset Password link on accounts that are suspended in order to encourage suspended users to contact support or bring their account current.

Could you consider to not display the Reset Password link to suspended users, on the cPanel login page?
