Logging of package and plan modifications of an account

As a cPanel user, I would like access to a more comprehensive log in /var/cpanel/accounting.log so I can see when an account's package plan was changed to another plan.

As discussed in the ticket number: #93612120 it would be a nice feature if there is a more comprehensive log in /var/cpanel/accounting.log

it would be very nice if there is the chance to see, when an account package plan was changed to another package plan. currently, there is no information about this anywhere.

we just see that an account was created or deleted but not if the package plan was changed from plan A to plan B at date X.
