Ability to disable unsecure FTP connections on a cPanel user level

As a web-hosting provider, i would like to disable unsecure FTP connections on a user account level.


With this functionality, we, as a web-hosting provider could disable unsecure FTP connections for new users per default. If the customer really want to use unsecure FTP connections, he could enable this manually.
