Thunderbird Labels in Roundcube Webmail

As a cPanel user, I would like for Roundcube to be able to mirror labels used in my Thunderbird email profile in order to make sorting email on webmail easier.

Yesterday I converted maildir to mdbox in one account. I have verified and the Thunderbird labels are saved and are visible on another Thunderbird. However, I would like the labels to be visible in Roundcube as well. I found an additional plugin mike-kfed/roundcube-thunderbird_labels for adding labels. Can you know if in the future labels will be added by default in Roundcube or will we have to manually add them using a plugin?
