11.36 - Intel optimized RPMs ?

With move to RPM system in 11.36, would be nice if the RPMs could be built optimized for AMD or Intel rather than generic flags ? For instance difference between generic vs Intel optimized MariaDB mysql RPM benchmarks here on 3 page article at http://vbtechsupport.com/715/
